Pre-order shipping dates provided on our website are approximate estimates and are subject to change without prior notice. Delays may occur, extending the shipping timeline by 2-3 weeks. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these shipping terms. Refund requests will not be considered unless the delay exceeds 3 weeks.
US & CANADA SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days and shipped via standard delivery within the US & Canada. Please check the dispatch details on the product page, as some items may have different dispatch dates.
Please note that our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, and orders are not dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays.
CURRENCY & CHARGES
All transactions will be conducted in US Dollars ($). Exchange rates will be determined by international credit card providers or banks as required.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
If you miss a delivery attempt, our courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery. Please follow the provided instructions to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as non-receipt despite the courier marking it as delivered, please contact our support team within 7 working days to address the matter promptly.
LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS
In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please notify us within 7 working days for further investigation. We will file a claim with our delivery partner on your behalf. Refunds, including delivery costs, will be issued once the claim is accepted, which may take up to 28 days.
ORDERS LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION
If you request delivery to a secure location, please note that any orders left in such locations are at your own risk. Libaas By Asma Haroon will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred.
